Since 2011, I have been supporting companies in structuring their global marketing, their digital presence and building communication that is coherent, clear and sustainable.
My work: clarifying, structuring and making visible what leaders truly want to communicate — so that their message, their image and their strategy finally move in the same direction.
At the head of Ricciarelli Consulting, I design each mission as a human-scale collaboration, grounded in rigour, coherence and a deep understanding of business challenges.
Every company is unique: each project therefore deserves a tailor-made strategic reflection.
My role is simple and concrete: helping leaders position themselves accurately, strengthening their credibility, translating their ambitions into operational decisions, and supporting them in implementing concrete and sustainable solutions.
More than a service provider, I act as a strategic partner: at the crossroads of marketing, digital and communication — where the essential is shaped — the coherence between what a company does, says and embodies.
Each project is carried out with method, clarity and high standards, with a constant objective: to create communication that is readable, credible and durable.

Expert certified by the French State
Julien Ricciarelli-Bonnal is part of the select group of professionals certified by the French State & France Num, the national program that identifies experts capable of supporting small and medium-sized businesses in their digital transformation.

Trained at the IUT of Aix-Marseille and graduated from the École Supérieure de Journalisme, I founded Ricciarelli Consulting in 2011, at a time when digital was still being built.
Websites were static, social networks hesitant, brands experimenting.
It is in that context that I chose a path: to create strategies that are solid, clear and coherent, capable of standing the test of time without chasing trends.
As a trained journalist, I applied the methods of analysis, investigation and professional rigor to support businesses, designing strategies built on clarity, coherence and performance.
Over the years, I have strengthened my expertise in marketing and communication by completing numerous certification programs across major international universities and institutions:
• HEC Paris – Management & Leadership: strengthening strategic posture and global vision.
• MITx – Entrepreneurship & Innovation (USA): thinking like an architect, turning ideas into high-performing systems.
• University of London – Brand Management: understanding brand perception and positioning mechanisms.
• IE Business School – Integrated Digital Marketing: structuring a coherent marketing approach based on digital levers, brand strategy and performance optimization.
• IBM – Data Science & Analytics: using data as a strategic compass.
• Google “Marketing for Pros”: deepening expertise in digital levers and content strategy.
• Google Project Management: structuring, planning and delivering with precision.
• CALARTS – UX/UI Design (USA): designing fluid, intuitive and user-centred digital experiences.
• ISB – Project Management: mastering complex technical environments with method and rigor.
Each of these stages refined my method: a strategy built on clarity, coherence and embodiment.
I do not believe in shortcuts or quick wins — but in long-term vision.
For more than fourteen years, Ricciarelli Consulting has followed this path: uniting strategy, communication and performance under a single requirement — a demand for meaning.
Marketing isn’t a stage set, nor a series of effects.
It’s a structure of meaning — an architecture designed to bring coherence to what a company says, does, and embodies. This vision guides every project: no slogans, no smoke and mirrors, but deep, rigorous, and transparent work that connects ideas, actions, and perception.
I deeply believe that the strength of a strategy isn’t measured by its creativity, but by its ability to clarify, structure, and make things readable. A good strategy stands the test of time because it’s rooted in real-world truth, in a fine understanding of behaviors and challenges, and in a strict demand for coherence between substance and form.
Every brand, every leader, every project I work with has its own DNA. My role is to reveal it, clarify it, and express itthrough a strong and aligned presence. It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing what’s right: in the right place, with the right tone, for the right reasons. That’s where true effectiveness begins — not from trends, but from a solid, intentional vision.
Everything starts from a simple principle: clarity is a strength, coherence is a lever, and embodiment is the ultimate achievement.
A clear brand attracts. A coherent brand inspires.
An embodied brand endures.
