Since 2011, I’ve been helping companies structure their digital presence and build a coherent, clear, and lasting communication strategy.
A journalist by training turned consultant by vocation, I’ve always had the same goal: turning complexity into clarity.
What drives me isn’t marketing for its own sake — it’s the right strategy, the one that aligns substance, form, and meaning.
As the head of Ricciarelli Consulting, I approach every project as a human-scale collaboration built on rigor, listening, and coherence. Every company is unique; every project deserves a tailor-made approach.
My role: helping my clients clarify their positioning, strengthen their credibility, and turn their ambitions into concrete actions.
More than a service provider, I act as a strategic partner — working at the crossroads of communication, digital strategy, and business vision, where it all comes together: coherence between what you say, what you show, and what you do.
Each project is carried out with method and precision, within a structured and demanding framework, supported by the best specialists.
Nothing is left to chance — only thoughtful, precise work, and a constant pursuit of alignment between performance and authenticity.
Trained at IUT Aix-Marseille and graduated from the École Supérieure de Journalisme, I founded Ricciarelli Consulting in 2011, at a time when the digital landscape was still taking shape.
Websites were static, social media uncertain, and brands were experimenting.
It was in this context that I chose a path: to create strategies that are solid, clear, and coherent, capable of standing the test of time without chasing trends.
This dual background — technical and journalistic — shaped my approach: understanding systems, reading behaviors, and above all, turning complexity into clarity.
Since then, I’ve supported executives, brands, and entrepreneurs in structuring their digital presence, always placing coherence at the center of every decision.
To enrich this vision, I completed several international programs:
HEC Paris – Management & Leadership: strengthening strategic thinking, leadership, and global vision.
MITx Bootcamp – Entrepreneurship & Innovation (USA): thinking like an architect, turning ideas into efficient systems.
University of London – Brand Management: understanding the mechanics of perception and brand positioning.
IBM – Data Science & Analytics: using data as a strategic compass.
Google Project Management: structuring, planning, and delivering with precision.
CALARTS – UX/UI Design (USA): designing smooth and intuitive digital experiences.
ISB – Project Management: mastering complex technical environments with method and rigor.
Each of these experiences refined my method: a strategy built on clarity, coherence, and authenticity.
I don’t believe in quick fixes — I believe in sustainable vision.
For over thirteen years, Ricciarelli Consulting has followed this line: uniting strategy, communication, and performance under a single demand — meaning.
Marketing isn’t a stage set, nor a series of effects.
It’s a structure of meaning — an architecture designed to bring coherence to what a company says, does, and embodies. This vision guides every project: no slogans, no smoke and mirrors, but deep, rigorous, and transparent work that connects ideas, actions, and perception.
I deeply believe that the strength of a strategy isn’t measured by its creativity, but by its ability to clarify, structure, and make things readable. A good strategy stands the test of time because it’s rooted in real-world truth, in a fine understanding of behaviors and challenges, and in a strict demand for coherence between substance and form.
Every brand, every leader, every project I work with has its own DNA. My role is to reveal it, clarify it, and express itthrough a strong and aligned presence. It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing what’s right: in the right place, with the right tone, for the right reasons. That’s where true effectiveness begins — not from trends, but from a solid, intentional vision.
Everything starts from a simple principle: clarity is a strength, coherence is a lever, and embodiment is the ultimate achievement.
A clear brand attracts. A coherent brand inspires.
An embodied brand endures.
